beautifulbeautifulbeautiful ohhhh you can tell when an author Loves a character. This is a Mike POV but goddd you feel like you're INSIDE both their heads. They say what needs to be said without saying the thing. Yeah. This fic feels like you're floating,, like you're zoning out and dazed and numb and hurting and healing -- but mostly hurting, because this is about Mister Old Wounds and Miss Fresh Wounds (although those titles can be switched, I realise) and Syd is, in fact, a genius. And i WILL be re-reading this.
