Summary
When Izuku Midoriya was left on the rooftop after his hero shattered his worldview, all he can think about is jumping. Taking that "swan-dive" off the roof as his friend/bully Bakugo Katsuki suggested. Someone with zero quirks could never be a hero, not in the way that Izuku had always dreamed and there would be no way to miraculously get one 10 years too late.
That chance encounter with All Might changes the course of his life forever. The choice to stay on the roof for just a few moments longer shifts his destiny in ways that he'll never truly understand. Izuku has to battle with the complex grief that comes to losing his childhood best friend and it pushes him to become more than just a "quirkless Deku".

Summary
For the past three years, the criminal underground has been moving differently. The effect was felt all throughout the provinces that surrounded the city of Shizuoka.
The heroes studied it, trying to understand why villains had become bolder.
They eventually found a lead in the form of a name: Asclepius.
It was unknown whether the name was the group itself or their leader. Either way, the heroes tracked down any lead involving the name, and once they knew the name, finding information was easy. They learned quickly any criminal worth their shit knew about Asclepius.
Petty criminals and first-timers never knew anything, but those who knew the world of crime had heard the stories and rumors circulating. None of it was unfounded though, the few people who accepted deals could attest to it.

Basically Midoria gets a supercharged quirk thanks to Bakugou being Bakugou, and finds himself an apprentice at Amaranth hospital at the age of 10 and a special public quirk licence by age 11. A fateful meeting with Sasaki Mirai has the man adopting and training Izuku, and attempting to get Yagi Toshinori to give his quirk to Izuku. Except All Might meets Izuku in a very different way, and maybe Izuku fixes more than the lost organs? And gets another dad out of it. (I’m a sucker for parental All Might alright?)
