Summary
“Beautiful.” Leona murmured against his lips. Idia whined in protest, but he would have to deal with it. He would say it as much as he needed to, until Idia believed it.
He wanted Idia to believe it. He wanted to say hundreds, no, thousands of nice things to Idia, over and over again, and he wanted him to believe every word.
Leona knew he could never make up for all the things that had hurt him, but he wanted to try. At the very least, he wanted Idia to know that he was worth that much effort.

“You suck so bad at this.” Leona chuckled. “How are you not freaking out right now? You must've been talking to strangers all day.”
“Once every hour Azul lets me have a quick panic attack in the storage room, and when I’m on the floor I’m just disassociating and reading from a script Ortho wrote.” Idia answered, voice completely flat and humorless. “I don’t feel anything anymore. Anymeow.”

“We can do that. I basically already did, it should be possible for you, too.” Idia replied, pausing the game and turning to look at him. “Where do you wanna go?”
“I don’t know. I never thought about it.”

Leona glanced at Purrsephone, watching her tail flick lazily as she lounged in the late-afternoon sun. “Somewhere sunny. We could find a place with big windows and lots of spots to nap.”
