Red eyes met Heterochromatic ones, silently battling and asking for permission.
Blue and Grey eyes looked down, keeping himself silent. Tears formed the corners of his eyes— one thing that he hadn't done since he was young. He averted his gaze away from the Ruby orbs, his eyes deciding to land on Emerald ones that are staring at the moon with awe and beauty. His voice cracked.
"Take her to the moon for me." He said, choking out the words.
Scarlet Eyes turned to face the Emerald beauty in front of them before looking back at his bi-colored pupils.
"She deserves you more."

“Really now.” Dry yet unexpected (what an honor for Diluc to grace him with his attention)—wide-eyed, Kaeya’s ears perked up in interest.
“Well, I remember clearly—you couldn't stand the sight of me," Kaeya announced like a declaration of war.
And it had the intended effect: a protest wanted to burst forth—or not. Imagination sure loves to run wild. Kaeya had actually no idea what Diluc planned to say, better stop it before all hopes were crumbled to dust.
And so Kaeya lifted his index finger to his lips.
“It’s alright, Master Diluc. I’ve been more than fond of that time. Whenever we met—the way you tried to avoid me… honestly you were quite adorable~” Kaeya offered him a lopsided grin. An embodiment of a paradox: icy glamour burning hotter than flames.

Diluc returned to Mondstadt, and although Kaeya knows better than to get close to this all-consuming fire he simply can’t help himself…

On a daily patrol, one of the knights happens to fall into a Cryo Regisvines land. Kaeya, being the only one with a vision jumps in there to save the knight, putting himself in danger instead.
Successfully getting the knight out, Kaeya is now trapped with the Cryo Regisvine, slowly freezing to his death, and being a Cryo vision wielder certainly doesn't help his case.
