— You said you'd do anything I asked, didn't you?
Ewron closed his eyes.
He didn't move. Didn't turn around. He just felt Ash's presence behind him, the warmth radiating from the other's body, the collar pressing gently against his throat.
He swallowed. The movement made the metal press a little tighter.
— Yes, Ash… — his voice came out lower than he intended. Trembling, in a way he both hated and loved. — Anything you want.
There was a silence. Long. Heavy.
Ewron could hear his own breathing.
Could hear the blood pounding in his temples.
— Alright… — Ash's voice came in a whisper, lips so close they almost brushed his skin. — Then bark....

Summary
So you know how there was that whole scene with Tarima finding Caleb sneaking out? Well... what if he tries again in the early morning, except he wakes his roommate (Darem) up? Not to mention, Genesis has always awoken early and comes across something... unexpected.

Y'all I am developing whole hobbies out of very small comments made, but we've only got two episodes to go on so it's fine there's nothing against it in canon (yet)

Summary
They aren’t his family, not in the traditional sense. But the idea that they might be, that they could be, unsettles him more than he wants to admit. It’s the same quiet dread that hit him when Collins said he had helped raise Amy. He doesn’t know why exactly. Maybe because imagining them as a family implies imagining him and Jack as something. And that’s just absurd, right?
Or: Robby has been a quiet constant in the lives of Abbot and his daughter, filling a space that was never clearly named. As they drift into their fifties, he begins to recognize that his feelings for Jack may have deepened into something real and perhaps impossible. Now he’s left wondering if this almost-family could ever truly be his.
