Summary
Summer had ended for him. August was over. And there would always be other summers, but they would never be the same as this one. There was no such thing as not being able to live without someone, he told himself, because life will go on. Everything would go back to the way it was. Somehow that thought made his chest ache.
It was nothing, really. It was nothing but a bit of pining, fumbling, hating, crying - just a little bit. Really, he didn't even care. Every cold and vacant night would be the exact same as before he met Kellin.

Summary
Vic and Kellin had always seen each other more clearly than they saw themselves. Girls like boys and boys like girls or whatever bullshit that was, Kellin never felt like that applied to them. But she liked the way Vic made her palms sweat and her brain short-circuit. She didn't have a name for that feeling.

Summary
Crying over someone who didn’t know you were in love with them was embarrassing. And crying over your straight best friend who would never look at you the same way you’d look at him was just straight up laughable.
So when Stiles came up with the plan, he almost laughed out loud.
To be Scott’s fake boyfriend.
