Katsuki has really done it this time. Like, REALLY done it.
He sprints back up the hill, hopping past jagged ice bits mixed with the slippery rock, and maneuvers his way back up to his nest. Though…Technically it's not really sprinting.
It's more…waddling quickly with his flippers spread out and hoping he won't fall flat on his face as he hops about.
Or: Somewhat cocky adélie penguin Katsuki is 1000% sure he'll win Shouto over now that he's found the perfect pebble. It really is the best!!

“Yeah,” Bakugo sighs and leans back on his hands, staring at the bracer. “I know. I’ll go,” his mouth twists a little. “I’ll go tomorrow. This is just- this is my design you know?” he’s not explaining himself very well, and refuses to look at Kirishima.
“It can be hard to give up your first hero design, and you did a great job,” Kirishima said. “You definitely had the best one out of all of us when we first got our costumes."
Bakugo hunched his shoulders. “I didn’t design it,” he grumbled.

Izuku's life is going amazingly well, with his Twitch channel where he streams himself playing video games and discussing the nerdiest things imaginable hitting 3 million followers, his best friend as his roommate, and his other close friends as tight-knit as they've been since high school. The only possible road bump is his viewer's continuous demands to know who "Kacchan" is - thanks to Katsuki often coming into his room during streams and Izuku's repeated attempts to pull him into video game competitions - and, more importantly, if they're dating. Which is crazy.

Summary
my posts for baby baku week!!
day one: attachment | aizawa-sensei meets four-year-old bakugou katsuki and discovers what he already suspected: his student is 100% a huge hero fanboy.
day two: babysitting | todoroki is left in charge of bakugou for several hours. arson is inevitable.
day three: comfort | yamada-sensei spends the day with bakugou, and learns that there is something very, very wrong with his student's home life.
day four: dress-up | ashido finds that seven-year-old bakugou is withdrawn and volatile, but there's nothing wrong with that. at least, that's what she keeps telling herself.
day five: evil-doers | katsuki is super responsible and mature for his age - he's able to stay home alone, and he can even cook dinner and go to the store by himself! he doesn't know why nobody else seems to think that that's a good thing.
day six: friendships
day seven: go wild!
