Roger was on the cusp of mentioning how many times he’d heard Jocelin use the lord’s name in vain. However, rather worried of dragging the woman further from her noisy slumber and dragging himself from peace, he remained silent. Grabbing a flask from behind his bed, Roger Mason left his wife alone to drift off as he sulked down the hall to the tavern’s communal bathroom.
But, God, Jocelin had gotten on his mind again, hadn’t he?OR
