“Wait, Todoroki-kun, what are you—” Midoriya attempts to say but is cut off with a gasp as Todoroki bends Midoriya over the table and licks a long, wet strip along his nape. Midoriya throws his head back involuntarily and shudders as the sudden coldness causes the hairs there to rise. As he arches into Todoroki, a groan escapes from the other boy. Heat pools low in Midoriya as he attempts to cut through the haze quickly growing in his head.
Todoroki gets hit with a Lust Quirk, and Midoriya finds his restraint and rationality quickly fraying.
