This fic is a Jegulus rewrite that’s very heavily inspired by Before Us — ik the original is orphaned, but still gotta give credit where credit’s due.
Regulus ends up as James Potter’s college roommate, which is already a nightmare, and then he realizes James also comes with a baby. A literal baby.
Between late-night bottle disasters, Rosie falling asleep on him, and James accidentally being soft, Regulus starts getting attached in all the wrong ways.
Meanwhile, Mulciber seems charming until he isn’t, and Regulus finds himself stuck in something he keeps trying to convince himself is normal.
