Riku takes loving care of him and learns that alcohol erases Sora's inhibitions, making him sillier, brattier and hornier than usual.While the thrill of adventure was not lost on him, Riku’s favorite pastime while sailing was admiring Sora in all of his pirate splendor—the pride with which he gripped the wheel and the grin that threatened to crack his cheeks when the ship answered his call. Sora’s captain ensemble was much more elaborate than the simple garb Riku wore, but Riku had no complaints. Not only were his loose linen shirt and high-waisted pants surprisingly comfortable, but had the added benefit of occasionally catching Sora quickly turning his head away with reddened cheeks, pretending he hadn’t been staring.

Passed her off to Sora like a bought bride, and then tried to pretend he wasn’t doing it. Thought he could pretend, right to her face, that he could keep his promise and keep his distance at the same time, and that it was all for their sake.
In which Riku suffers through life in the doghouse, Sora racks up boyfriend points, and Kairi feels conflicted. And everyone loses their v-cards together!

“Are you serious?” Kairi asked, squinting at Sora. “Sora, you’ve held Riku’s hand like a bazillion times. You used to drag him everywhere!”
“That doesn’t count!” Sora protested. Doubt flickered in his chest. “Does that count?”
“In fact, you’ve done all those things before,” Kairi said, folding her arms and leaning over the table towards Sora. Her expression was knowing, and Sora suddenly had a bad feeling about this conversation.
