It had been Tommy and Tubbo for practically forever. They clawed their way out of hell together. They discovered their superpowers together. They started working for the Superhero Guild together before even coming of age. Tommy probably owed Tubbo his life ten times over. So, when the three supervillains he'd been assigned to bring in managed to take Tubbo hostage, well, there was really only one thing to do.
He knew, of course, he was signing himself up for torture and death by offering that trade, but that was okay.
It'd have to be okay.

Summary
The ground beneath Tommy’s feet gives way as he watches the chains slam onto their wrists.
Something violently breaks inside him. His breath catches in his lungs and he struggles to keep upright.
“What crimes?” Phil snaps as a muzzle is clipped over Wilbur’s mouth and Techno is forced into a reinforced straight-jacket. “Get the fuck off of me!”
A trident is placed under Phil’s chin and Tommy can feel his heart shatter.
Or, Tommy is free of the Red Room, only for his past to come knocking, bringing with it more trouble than he could have ever predicted.

The sequel for: There’s Blood in your Web, Theseus (wipe it out).The worldbuilding is so amazing!! it's all so well thought out.
The way the writer have constructed this universe are so good and then are able to balance all the different storylines.
seeing the stories become perfectly woven together is chefs kisses! 10/10 recommend to read. -

“You do understand that you’re caring for the thing meant to bring destruction and chaos to our world, right?” The woman asks, Phil looking behind him fondly as Techno grabs at the ends of his wings.
“He’s just a child.” Phil answers distractedly, humming as his wings get gently yanked at.
“He’s the first of three to destroy life as we know it! Shouldn’t we, well, get rid of him?!”
“Oh, no.” Phil raises his eyes with a sharp glare. “Believe me, I have my own way of preventing the apocalypse.”

Or, Techno, Wilbur, and Tommy are basically chaotic forces of nature, destined from birth to end the world and bring destruction. Most who hear of the tale of them are trying their best to track them down, and to end the monsters while they’re still young, still just children.
Phil has a different plan.
(In which Phil raises the minecraft equivalents of the anti-christ with love and support, so much so to the point where the world ending is really just a funny thought, and Phil has three kids who casually have powers that are bit more extreme than anything else in the world)

“What do you want from inside of it?” Tommy asks the man trying to rob him, flipping his wallet open and thumbing through the cards inside. “You want my Student ID card? You want my coupon for a free smoothie at the gas station a couple of streets down? You want this card some guy gave me advertising his rapper career?”
“That’s- that’s all you have?” The man seems shocked, but Tommy doesn’t know why he would be. There’s nothing about him that really screams ‘wealthy and important’.
“I’m a broke college student- of course that’s all I have.”

Nervousn8 writes a superhero au where Tommy is a Normal Guy just trying to make it through college while avoiding all his problems and sleeping. He's not having a very good time, especially not when these fucking rich people keep trying to give him pity money.

Chapter 20
In one chapter you find yourself crying and the next you laugh and smile widely as the story goes on.
Some of my favorite words or small conversations from reading this:- Puffy just blinks at him for a moment, burger halfway to her mouth, and then she sighs. “You’re telling me Dream, a notorious villain, killed a man because he stole your smoothie coupon.”
- Behind him, Technoblade shuts the door. Definitely a trap. “You only get one chance at this,” Technoblade drawls. “You upset my brother, no one will find your body.”
- “You didn’t answer when I called about my bagels,” Dream informs him.
“So you showed up at my address?”
“Can’t have my favorite bagel-boy disappearing on me, can I?”- “Let Ranboo know when you’re gonna disappear next time, gremlin,” Wilbur informs him, “you’re gonna put him in an early grave.”
- The motherfucker named their cats after himself.
- When Tommy turns back to Quackity, he’s met by bright green eyes over Quackity’s shoulder.
“You’ll be okay, you know that?” Quackity asks at last, squeezing Tommy’s hand once more. “We’ve got you.”
Dream stands from the couch after making sure Sapnap will still be comfortable where he’s sleeping, and then he comes up to stand by the bed as well. One of his hands comes down on Tommy’s shoulder while the other fiddles with the pocket of his hoodie.
“Say it back,” Dream demands, fingers tightening on Tommy’s shoulder. “Say it back.”
Tommy holds his breath, and he lets go of Quackity’s hand to grab for Dream’s. Green eyes meet blue, and Tommy chokes on another stupid sob. “You’ve got me,” he whispers. His fingers scrabble for purchase within Dream’s, and they clutch at each other a little too tightly.
“We’ve got you.” -

Unfortunately, a slightly intoxicated Karma has a suggestion.
Suddenly, it's Karma's turn to become the teacher. He's happy to help, of course, but the real question is how long can you enter a sexual relationship with your best friend (even for educational purposes) without catching feelings.
