BLADE: With a truth serum, yeah. Because you wouldn’t talk.

Summary
The plan had not involved getting punched in the face.
What plan would? Not one of Tommy’s. His usually had mountains of riches and countless villains bested with Tommy himself stood proudly over the rubble, the hero of his neighbourhood, the best that ever lived.
This plan was supposed to be that. Not another punch to the stomach.
He struggled again, yelling strangled curses to the two brutes that held him in place for the third to swing again. The fist met his jaw and a rush of iron pooled in his mouth, stars blinking their way into his vision.
Maybe this plan sucked.
OR; Tommy is getting beat up in an alleyway. Techno walks in on it.

“Fuck’s sake.” Tommy hissed. It was all he could do not to cry. “Here-?”
“Oh, yeah. This is Her Domain. Goddess of Death, y’know, Keeper of S-“
“‘s purple ‘n shit.” Tommy mumbled.
The void sky seemed to shift the longer Tommy gawked up at it, purple streaks ebbing and flowing into the beyond. Tommy could almost swear they stared back at him.
The Dragonborn cleared his throat awkwardly. “…y-yeah, sure. It really is… purple. And… shit.”
or; Tommy gets injured in a fight with a Goddess. Ranboo is not picking up the pieces very well but Tommy refuses to die either way. Surely it'll be fine, right?

Summary
There are things in Boatem that aren't talked about. Open secrets, if you will, some less secret than others.
Scar is part Vex. (And has stumbled into a situation with unintentional magic that's dragging him back to those roots.) Mumbo is a potato—among other things. (And he can't figure out why when the defective codes that made him that way are long gone.) Pearl is, periodically, turning into a ghost. (And she doesn't know why, even when she can't stop staring up at the ever-growing moon.) Impulse is, quite possibly, the sanest person in all of Boatem. (And that's just a terrifying thought, because no one should have that responsibility.) Grian is a Watcher. (And that's causing all sorts of other problems of late, most of which he is pointedly ignoring. Not to mention the other open secret, his wings, and how he is absolutely not coming to terms with the fact that, after Last Life, he'll never be able to fly with them again.)
And there are a few other things—how Xisuma's terrifyingly unaware of his own server and possibly possessed, how Doc never wanted to take over his position as admin, how Jimmy never came back from Last Life.
Oh.
And the moon's big.
