Summary
After Jon rescues Martin from the Lonely, the two of them flee to Daisy's (surprisingly quaint) safehouse in the Scottish highlands. It's a paradise compared to the hell they've had to deal with for the past few years.
It's not perfect though Jonah Magnus is still out there as are the Hunters and the Not-Them. Daisy is probably lost to the Hunt, Martin is still haunted by the Lonely, and Jon still needs statements to live. And no matter what else happens they'll be forced to return to the institute sooner or later anyway.
But for the moment they've earned themselves a little peace.

“To someone who’s looking, glaringly so. You practically have little hearts dancing around your head when you think no one is watching you stare at him.”
Jon’s cheeks flushed darkly. “Don’t be ridiculous. I do not stare at him. Hell, I try not to be in the same room with him any longer than absolutely necessary.”
“Why?” Her expression softened a little. “You have a reason to want to be around him now. Things could be better for both of you, and instead you are hiding in here.”
