Chase took a literal step back in surprise. “House? What on Earth are you doing in the Clinic? I never saw you come down from– When did you change your clothes? And… where’s your cane? And why are you… fifteen years younger?”
The young man smiled, and gave a little wiggly-fingered wave.
“Hullo! The epithet is Wooster, actually. Don’t know who this House chappie is, but he seems quite a name at this fine establishment, as old Bertram has been mistook for him thrice in twice as many minutes.” He chattered, in a cheerful, British way. Chase knew that House’s faux British accent was scarily accurate, (and the Australian accent he used to mock Chase was also often right on the money) but there was something about the polite, genteel affability of the speech that sealed the deal.
This man was not Gregory House.

Dennis pinches the bridge of his nose. “He’s fifteen months old. He’s not trying to say shit. He doesn’t have rational thoughts.”
Brian Jr. waves his tiny fist vaguely near Mac, who literally gasps out loud - “oh! He knows his papa!” - and something twists loose in Dennis’s chest when he realizes Mac wasn’t referring to him.
Canon-divergent from 12x10 (Dennis’s Double Life): Mandy decides to move herself and Brian Jr. to Philadelphia. To be raised by his one mom and two dads, apparently, because fuck Dennis Reynolds’ life.
