Summary
His eyes shot open as he took a deep breath, sitting abruptly in his bed.
Tears filled his eyes as he looked around, the night still as dark as it could be.
He tried to wipe the tears away. They didn’t stop. He didn’t even know why he was crying.
He could remember everything from the dream.
Only two things lingered in his mind:
A true answer to his question… and a name he knew he had heard before.
Or; in an almost perfect world, Kaveh starts dreaming about a home and a very mysterious man. It's up to him to find out what's going on.

Summary
There were five or six envelopes tied together with a piece of golden thread, so characteristic of Piltover. He frowned, intrigued by these foreign papers. He didn’t remember seeing them before.
He crouched to pick them up, but his breath caught in his throat when he noticed the seal that marked them. The wax ‘T’ was painfully familiar. And the handwriting… His fingers trembled slightly as he turned them over and saw his own name on the front.
“For Viktor,” it read. Jayce’s handwriting as recognizable as ever.
Or: Abandoned letters, a late confession and a love that had always been there, waiting to be found.

Jayce let out a soft laugh. "Does it bother you?"
"No, it looks good, but... well, it is uncomfortable to kiss you properly like this."
Viktor's honesty always managed to leave Jayce speechless. The atmosphere shifted slightly, a subtle tension seeping into the lazy comfort of the afternoon.
Jayce cleared his throat. "Well, I'll shave tonight."
"Or I could do it now, if you'd like," Viktor offered, his gaze steady and filled with that confidence that always drove Jayce crazy.

“I did not realize it was so late,” he said calmly. “Eh... you know, I’m not the biggest fan of parties. I changed and came here to calm my nerves a bit.”
Jayce watched as Viktor stood with the help of his cane, his shirt slightly wrinkled and clinging to his movements, making it impossible not to notice just how good that outfit looked on him. It was impossible not to think about how perfectly Viktor’s waist would fit between his hands, how stunning he’d look gasping his name in that shirt, how breathtakingly beautiful he’d sound while clutching Jayce’s shoulders and—
Well, it wouldn’t hurt if their friends had to wait a little longer.
“Calm your nerves?” the taller man repeated in a lower tone. He stepped closer to Viktor and placed a hand on his waist. “Did it work?”
Viktor met his gaze with a glint of amusement—and something else Jayce could recognize anywhere.
“You could say that. Though I would not mind relaxing a bit more...”
Or: It's Viktor's birthday and he's nowhere to be seen.

Summary
The little briefcase whirs slowly to life. She gives a low, sluggish chirp at Kaveh’s approach. He doesn’t smile. Instead, his fingers trail across the seams of her casing, checking each latch and joint with unusual severity.
Alhaitham closes the book, marking his page. “What’s wrong with her?”
Kaveh startles slightly, as though he hasn’t realized he’s being watched. His mouth opens, irritation flickering there—ready to scold, no doubt, for prying after this morning’s quarrel—but then he sighs, rubbing at his temple.
“She’s been… off.” He mutters the word like it doesn’t quite fit. “This morning she was sluggish. Commands lagging. Like she couldn’t keep up with me. She’s not supposed to do that.”
Mehrak starts malfunctioning at random intervals, and Alhaitham and Kaveh are determined to figure out why.
