Tim does however choke on his drink.
Conner shudders and rolls his eyes, “Please don’t call it dabbling.”
Clark frowns, “Well I thought experimentation might have some negative connotations, so.”
“I meant please don’t compare my relationship with my boyfriend with whatever you did with guys in the past.” Conner says slowly, looking at Clark oddly.

It started off really small. Tim swears he didn't mean for it to snowball like this because it started off as a flake of snow and now its an entire mountain and Bruce is looking at him funnily and neither Jason nor Dick can breath and he swears! It was small, literally just a Spotify premium subscription.
Now he very possibly could be in a polyamorous relationship with his team and at least three more capes. All because of Spotify. Fuck Spotify.

Clark has no idea the stranger is Bruce Wayne, Gotham’s reclusive billionaire ; all he sees is a tired man with storm-cloud eyes and the kind of smile he wants to see again.
It should have been just a coincidence, one he’d think back on fondly, and then let go. A rainy afternoon in Metropolis, a coffee shop shelter, and two boys with sharp tongues. But by the time the storm clears, Clark’s sure of two things:

Dick is suddenly very awake. He bolts upright, staring at the dimly lit figure. “Tim?”
“Hi, Dick,” Tim whispers. He isn’t in uniform for once, instead wearing a pair of sweats and a shirt that Dick recognizes as one of Bruce’s. Dick was wondering where that went.
“Jesus, kid,” Dick exhales, an uncertain mixture of disbelief and bafflement. “What are you doing here?” Tim and Dick are still in a fight of sorts, or are they? Have they made up yet, or is the terrain still cracked? Dick wants so badly to ask, but just having Tim in the same room as him is already more than Dick could have hoped he’d get.
