The kid looked terrible. His hair was greasy and ruffled, and bruises and- were those burns? Could he even get burned? - were scattered across his face and down his neck. He was wrapped in an old coat that looked too big for him and burned at the edges. Under the coat, Aizawa could see he was naked. A line of something off-white was smeared across his chin.
"Christ," Aizawa swore. "Todoroki, what happened?"
"Dad," he choked out like his throat had been torn apart. "Dad went too far."
