Summary
Reborn as Midoriya Izuku with memories of a prior life intact, this particular soul overrides genetics. Even with an extra toe joint, this Midoriya Izuku uncovers a somewhat subtle Quirk of their own. They have a Quirk, but they’re not saying a word. They’re functionally Quirkless for the most part, anyway.
Until One For All is added to the equation, enabling their own Quirk to work on themself as well rather than only on others.
In which Midoriya Izuku has a Quirk, and is maybe more bitter over being alive than being labeled Quirkless due to society being complete and utterly unobservant assholes.

Pretty much shit went bad with the Collector. So the gang does what they can, send themselves or at least their souls back to the past to when Luz first arrived at the Boiling Isles. But...well there's a few things changed. For instance they do have their memories of course...but also Eda learns for sure that any child of hers would have her curse partially.
