Summary
The flagrant heat of Liyue’s blazing sun does little to ease the fire that stirs within Childe. He and Zhongli have let bygones be bygones, and he’s glad to have the chance to return to their usual affairs: the dinners at Wanmin every other day, the strolls through Chihu Rock after each dinner.
And what better way to invigorate their routine than to cook some Snezhnayan dishes for the both of them?
TL;DR: Just before Zhongli arrives at his home for lunch, Childe makes the convenient decision to shove his fingers into himself over the kitchen counter.

Summary
“Exposure therapy,” Childe offered easily. “Surely, you’re familiar with the concept?”
“Of course, I am. It’s quite common. Though, Childe, my apologies but this will not get me to stomach your soup. Although, I appreciate the effort you took in cooking for me.”
“No, no-” Childe laughed. It twinkled with this amusement Zhongli latched onto with an earnest interest. Perhaps, that’s why he was so agreeable to it. “It is not dinner I want from you, Zhongli. How about a proposition, hm? To help you get over this aversion of yours. How bad could it be if it's just me?”
(Bad. Zhongli realizes in retrospect. Childe had lured him into this trap with honeyed words that Zhongli naively took at face value.)

Summary
“He is merely a pawn in my plan.” The harbinger’s voice was cool, lacking empathy. He pulled away from Zhongli’s body and crossed to the couch; Xiao visibly tensed at his approach. “Just as you used me, I will use him, and you will watch for as long as I wish it to be so.”

Summary
“Essential oil infused with cor lapis from the peak of Mt. Hulao,” explained Zhongli. “The mineral essence gives it a cool and smooth texture over the skin.”
“And why would anyone want to rub something all oily and cold over their bodies?” sighed Childe. “Really, what's the use in a thing like this?”
______
When the Eleventh Harbinger first arrives in Liyue, he meets a handsome stranger that offers to show him around. Over the course of an evening, they find themselves at the finest inn that money can buy, and Childe discovers that the refined Mr. Zhongli knows ways of breaking down a man without so much as drawing a weapon.

Summary
He startles, glancing around. Wei Wuxian had just been right beside him. They hadn’t been speaking, after Wei Wuxian’s few abortive attempts at making conversation. Because Jiang Cheng hadn’t wanted to speak to him. He never wants to speak to him, ever again, because walking alongside Wei Wuxian, being on a night hunt with him— it’s too much. Even if he no longer wants Wei Wuxian dead, how can participate in these farces? How can he get so close to the thing he wants, only to remember he’ll never have it? He can’t let Wei Wuxian make casual conversation. He can’t allow him to weasel his way back into Jiang Cheng’s good graces, his heart. Because Jiang Cheng won’t survive it. He knows this very well.
What starts as a simple competition during a night hunt quickly spirals out of control, leaving Jiang Cheng to confront his fears, his feelings, his inadequacies, and Wei Wuxian.

“So on Saturday night, while you are having the time of your life on a date with your hot, hunky, handsome soulmate, I have to go on a date with a rich young master who sounds like a literal stick in the mud whilst pretending to be you?"
Mo Xuanyu's family has set him up on a blind date with a rich young master after learning he is gay. However, he already has plans for that night. Instead of going on the date himself, Mo Xuanyu enlists Wei Wuxian to go as a substitute. Wei Wuxian must act like his best friend for the night before kindly turning down Mo Xuanyu's date.
Only, Wei Wuxian finds out that turning down Mo Xuanyu's date is possibly the hardest thing he has had to do in a long time.
