    A deeply scarred face with scarlet red eyes appeared in front of Izuku who flinched of the voice he did not predict. Especially not right there and then.
    "Uh... hi." His voice was so low that Bakugou almost couldn't hear clearly what he was saying. “I’m just… I was thirsty.”
    “This is not the kitchen dumbass,” the blond’s answer was a rough whisper.
    “I know,” Bakugou has seen Izuku’s smile a bunch of times in his life, but none of them were as sad as this one. He slowly lowered his head and said nothing. Silence has fallen between them. There were so many unsaid words, things they needed to talk about.

    “Yeah,” Bakugo sighs and leans back on his hands, staring at the bracer. “I know. I’ll go,” his mouth twists a little. “I’ll go tomorrow. This is just- this is my design you know?” he’s not explaining himself very well, and refuses to look at Kirishima.

    “It can be hard to give up your first hero design, and you did a great job,” Kirishima said. “You definitely had the best one out of all of us when we first got our costumes."

    Bakugo hunched his shoulders. “I didn’t design it,” he grumbled.
