Summary
The Jedi are changing. They have to, if they want to continue to be relevant and protect the galaxy. A special mission is given to a select group of Jedi, and, should they accept the mission, it will change their lives and the lives of the jedi, present and future, forever.
Olivette Moongrace had never entertained the thought of having a family. The code forbids attachments, so she just shoved every feeling that could turn into attachment into a box at the back of her mind, forgotten and dusty. The only semblance she had of an attachment was her bond to her former master, and she shamefully relished it. What happens when she is given the opportunity to form attachments, relationships and friendships freely and without judgement? Will she accept it as easily as others, or will she be stubborn and fight against the feelings she has until it is almost too late?

After a pause, Eddie asked, “You ever think about just… keeping it going?”
Buck blinked. “What, like living together forever?”
A snort filled the air, and Eddie looked half amused and half serious. “I dunno, maybe? Something like that. I mean, look, it’s a new year, right? Anything could happen. But neither of us wanna be alone forever. So, maybe if we’re both still single in a year or whatever, we could just—” he waved a hand vaguely, like he was lassoing the future— ”make it official.”
“Official?” he echoed, head even fuzzier now.
Eddie’s mouth twitched. “Yeah, we could just get married, or something close enough to it."
Buck’s heart tripped over itself.
On New Year's Eve, Buck and Eddie made a drunken pact: if they were both still single in a year, they'd marry each other. They didn't mean to start sabotaging the other's love life to make it happen, but somewhere along the way, that's exactly what they ended up doing.
Now the only question is... how far are they willing to take it?

Summary
He stopped in front of her, like he didn't know what to say. Fiona just stared at him. Lip stirred beside her.
"You got a baby," he said.
"Two," she replied, chin jerking toward Lip.
He blinked. Then, slowly, he dropped his bag and unzipped it. He pulled out a sandwich, squished, half-eaten, wrapped in a crumpled napkin, and held it out to her.
"You can have the rest," he said. "It's peanut butter. No jelly."
Fiona hesitated. Her stomach twisted with hunger, but she'd been taught not to trust strangers, even if they were small and sad-looking like her. Still... a sandwich was a sandwich.
She reached out and took it.
"Thanks."
He sat down next to her on the curb without asking. Just dropped his backpack by his feet and let out a sigh like someone twice his age.
"I'm Evan," he said, picking at the edge of his sneaker sole.
"Fiona."

Summary
After deciding to sue the department, Buck finds out he has a daughter that he didn't know about. Getting her in his care, he needs to learn how to be the dad she deserves while fighting to get his job back, mending relationships, and navigating the realization that his best friend might mean more to him than what he's been thinking this whole time.

(Ps I mainly chose lawsuit era so that the kids could be closer in age 🤷🏻 if you don't like lawsuit era fics I swear that it's not super relevant past a certain point in the fic. It's very buddie heavy and cute and silly for the most part)

Really, it was Lena’s fault. She’d been the one to demand a video when Eddie had finally caved and sent an SOS to the group chat asking if anyone was willing to trade.
“Is anyone interested in trading jerseys with me? Preferably for a smaller size,” Eddie had said because knowing his coworkers, one of them would’ve been a smart ass and gave him an even bigger size. “I ordered an XL because I’m usually a XL but… the way it fits makes me look like I’m fucking one of the players.”
Eddie wasn't trying to go viral. He just wanted to trade his jersey. But then something called Booktok got involved.

Summary
