Mark feels a faint bubble of panic begin to simmer within him as the silence between each push of Donghyuck's finger lengthens. Composing himself with a deep breath, he digs his phone out of his pocket and unlocks it, only to deflate upon noticing the disappointing lack of a signal.
“We’re screwed, aren’t we.”
Mark meets Donghyuck's eyes from across the elevator and silently resigns himself to a fate worse than death. “We’re screwed.”
