We start at the start of the day and make our way through until the festival goes sideways when an insane gifted comes about. Fighting ensues. (fic doesn't go into complete detail about the festival/characters introduced or fight)
You don't have to have read the manga to understand, but this is an actual scene from the manga and will be a part of the anime one day, so I'll warn you of the spoilers now! Most of the fic isn't actually a part of the manga (who went to the festival/how it played out, the aftermath of the festival, and everything so forth), so it's not too bad but still.
