Summary
"Holy shit, Jaehee, look. He's for sure your type," Sion says, wrapping an arm around Jaehee's shoulder and pointing towards the bar counter.
"I swear, you don't actually know my type at all," Jaehee murmurs before trying to find who Sion is pointing at. It takes a moment, but Jaehee can feel his mouth snap shut when he sees the man sitting alone at the bar, chin resting in his hand, one leg crossed over the other. His skin is tan, the light of the bar fluttering over it in such a pretty way (how is that possible?). He's wearing a dark tank-top that fits so tightly around his body, showing off his figure. His hair is slightly long, curling beneath his ears. Jaehee's mouth feels dry when he sees the man's face, how pretty his lips look from this far away. The man's eyes appear to be scanning the place, so analytical, so beautiful. Jaehee thinks his knees are trembling right now. "Sion, real or fake?"
Or: the world is overcome by AI and debilitating consumerism. It's easy for Jaehee to find people to share one-night stands with, but it's hard for him to remember the last time he's been in love. It all changes so fast when he decides to go to the Golden Street bar with Sion.

Summary
Chenle honestly believes reading fanfiction of himself and Mark during his lunch break is a silly guilty pleasure.
Maybe it isn't that silly when he feels the need to hide it from his wife.
It definitely isn't that silly when he starts talking to Mark again and he can't stop thinking back to everything he's read.
Fuck.

Summary
Doyoung can’t get to work because the world is on fire. For some reason, he comes to the conclusion that the millennia-old prophecy talking about a man walking through flames, the stars, and death to save humanity is about him.
Or, wherein Doyoung can’t come to terms with his own mortality until he comes across something beyond a person.

Summary
For Mark's last year of college, he planned on getting through his internship, befriending his carnivore coworkers, getting offered a full-time job, and maybe finding another cheetah to actually fall in love with. Nothing complicated, nothing extraordinary.
It becomes a little difficult, though, when he meets Johnny, a herbivore who isn't afraid of being in Mark's presence. It's weird, it's offensive, yet Mark can't help but be intrigued.

Summary
When a sudden injury forces Mark Lee to temporarily give up hockey (and his student athlete scholarship), he makes the trip back to his hometown to recover. Back in the place he grew up and swore never to return to, he reconnects with his best friend’s younger brother, falls in love, learns a little bit about civilization, and learns a lot about himself.
Not necessarily in that order.

Summary
“A bit strange, don’t you think?”
Doyoung turns his head to see another figure right besides him and he straightens up, leg still up on the bar in front of him. “What is,” Doyoung responds.
The other boy, Taeyong, tilts his head towards the corner of the room where Jungwoo is before his eyes connect with Doyoung’s. “That she’d bring someone new in one week until the second biggest competition of the year.”
A bit strange, indeed.

Summary
“You too, huh?” Donghyuck chuckles sardonically, seizing the sentence between his teeth. “What is this? The reject bin?”
“Fuck off,” Chenle says. He doesn’t deny anything though, just lets his hand clap onto his forehead and flop through his hair. He hasn’t even bothered to get under the covers--content to freeze rather than admit weakness.
(Irony. He and Chenle are similar in all the worst possible ways. Even in this.)

Summary
The ink on the paper has bled through, the strokes so deeply engraved it almost rips through the aged parchment.
‘How fucking dare you.’ It reads in shaky, yet beautiful cursive.
Then, under it:
‘The maids are retrieving my guns as I am writing this letter, and I will have arrived at your estate by the time you finish reading it. And after I shoot you, I’ll hunt down the drummers and pipers like wild game. My brothers will not stop me. Say your prayers.’
Damn, Jaemin thinks. Whoever wrote this must’ve really hated their lover. Or was the one who wrote the 12 Days of Christmas.
