Summary
Knowledge comes at a price, and Derek has certainly paid it. Derek is a cursed knight, bound to service for the King in Yellow. The knowledge that is too crammed for a mind unfit to wield it weighs heavily on Derek. Now he has a way out, his only way out. The King in Yellow sends Derek out to find his vessel, Avery, and bring Avery to them, to fuse with, so they can finally leave the realm and come forth into the world. In return, Derek will have the infinite knowledge wiped from his mind for his final service. Derek sets out to find this Avery and despite all the knowledge in the universe, he never expected to fall in love with Avery on this journey.

Summary

With the help of a handsome human named Gilbert, Lovino will navigate through the human world and experience it for himself. Juggling a sea witch, getting Feliciano back, and his confusing feelings for humans, Lovino’s duty to his throne will be tested, along with his heart.

Summary
Alfred F. Jones is a famous vampire hunter, probably the best one in the business. Kiku is in love with him. However, Alfred doesn’t exist, he’s a fictional character in a book, destined to stop the vampire Ivan from harming innocent humans.
One night, Kiku is rescued from someone who looks exactly like Alfred. To his surprise, it IS Alfred! Alfred has somehow crossed over to Kiku’s world and more dangerously, so has Ivan. Now with the city in peril of a real vampire stalking the streets, people are dying, people are being turned into vampires, and worse, Ivan seems to be interested in Kiku’s older brother, Yao. Kiku and Alfred team up to take him down and figure out how they got here. Now that Alfred is real, Kiku starts to fall for him even more.

"Yes." Avery answers with no hesitation.
"You won't leave?"
"No."
Derek's expression softens. Avery could see it in his eyes behind the shadow of his gold helmet.
Then, without warning, Derek steps forward and pulls Avery into a hug.
Avery stiffens instantly at the sudden contact, his cheek brushing gently against the cold surface of Derek's armor. His hands awkwardly remained on his sides— clueless on where to put them. He couldn't exactly relax under his embrace. Not when he didn't know what this hug actually meant.
"What's in your inventory?" Derek asks.
Avery is taken aback once more. "What?"
"What's in your inventory?"
And that's all it takes. A moment of distraction. A small blindspot— and a decisive motion as he shoved Avery backward.
From then, Avery's cry echoed. "Wait!"
And that was all that Derek remembered before everything went black. Or at least, that was the only part that truly mattered.
Or
Derek survives but now has to live with an ancient god within him.
It goes precisely the way it shouldn't.
