The look that Kira gave him was just downright mournful. Grieving. His huge, exhausted blue eyes looked nearly gray, slouching under heavy lashes and puffy from crying. Thin lips looked uncomfortably pinched, straining all the muscles in his face to keep his expression firmly under control.
It wasn’t right that Kira could look so absolutely pitiful while also looking so lovely.
“Nobody is making you look.”

Shuuhei has to admit, if only to himself, he might just be one of those people.
