Herm has always been the black sheep. Ever since he was a little kid, his strange attitude and behavior drew whispers from his aunts and uncles.
Turns out that when your entire extended family are career criminals for fun, being a decent and caring person tends to make you stick out like a sore thumb.
It also tends to land you in…situations. Situations that Herm has rationalized as a bit commonplace. Apparently most people don’t have to bail out their second cousin after they get arrested for running an illegal piranha breeding ring out of the pool in the backyard.

The only problem is that the fucker they napped is really good at keeping his mouth shut and nothing they are doing is gaining results.
Somehow Waterboy gets roped in to participate and it's his turn...

In the SDN, where discretion is obligatory and comes with the (very outwardly spoken) rule of discussing the personal lives of heroes to a minimum, oversharing can be dangerous. So, no disclosing of other people’s personal information on the clock. Or off the clock. That was the one directive everyone had to keep in mind.
However, as it turns out, internals are fucking incapable of doing the bare minimun even when explicitly asked to do so.
“Waterboy, your parole agent is here. He is asking for you.”

The Z-team finds out some interesting stuff about Waterboy's past. So of course they create a betting pool on his wrongdoings.
