Summary
Sasuke Uchiha had thought he was merely destined to die a quiet, unceremonious death at the hands of his best friend. When that didn't happen and he was forced to give an unwanted life a chance, he thought that would be the end of it. Until he meets Hinata Hyuuga, someone maybe even more aimless than he is these days.
More out of curiosity than anything else, he watches her bound from role to role, all the while wondering why she tries so hard for so little a pay off. As she gets sicker and sicker, the answer isn't as clear as he thought.

Sans is so used to working alone, searching for a missing Papyrus and Frisk. No matter how much he tries or chases, they always wind up dead by the end.

Perversely, your last thought before the darkness claims you is Sans. Heh, he's going to be so mad. You've royally messed up his plans now, whatever they are... were. It's almost funny, imagining the lazy skeleton all pissed off. At least you have that warm image to accompany you to the grave.

“Oh god, are you okay?” A hand grasped her arm, a sweet male voice washed over her, seemingly relieving the pain she felt.The person helped her from the ground, supporting her weight completely.
Marinette blushed, her eyes locked on the mess of flowers and her art supplies blocking the sidewalk. “Oh no, I’m going to be late.”
The person laughed, finally drawing her eyes. Marinette nearly choked as her eyes locked on the loveliest color of green she had ever seen. Blond, perfectly styled hair fell into his eyes, his lips were curved into the most perfect and warm smile she had ever seen. She suddenly forgot the reason she was rushing.
“No worries,” he was saying. “I’ll help you.”

You never thought you needed anyone before. You keep people at a distance since the terrible accident as a child left you scarred and came to distrust other's intentions and saw only the worst in them. You built yourself up over the years, found a goal to strive for, an illustrator for children's books but you are afraid people will only look to your outer shell and not see everything you've worked so hard to accomplish.
Someone finally answered your ad for your need of roommates and you find yourself struggling to hide your secret. You try your best to keep up the appearance that everything is normal but your insecurities keep up the walls you've built to keep others out.
Can your roommates help you live life in the present instead of being stuck in the past? Could they look past your scars and see who you really are? Could you let yourself get close to or even depend on someone else? Maybe even find love?
Side note: You are not Frisk, Frisk is Mute. You/The Reader are defined female with scars and have a past. You are not a blank slate and some aspects of the Reader will not apply to everyone actually reading.
