Sam is feeling pretty good so far. His jean jacket is freshly washed, he’s got his favourite red-yellow shirt on (he thinks it contrasts nicely with the blue-green of his eyes). His hair has enough gel in it to withstand even the fiercest windstorms. He’s put deodorant on three times already and he’s wearing enough body spray to bring tears to his mother’s eyes. Gotta smell good, just in case things go according to plan.
Today is going to be the day he declares his feelings to Sebastian. He’s ready.

Penny prefers to keep her problems to herself. After all, admitting the reality of her situation to anyone else would mean admitting it to herself first, and she’s not quite ready for that yet.
Harvey would rather fix others’ problems than address his own. When circumstance and some well-intentioned meddling brings him into the orbit of a subdued, overly-thin little schoolteacher, she’s just the kind of puzzle he’s looking for to distract him from sitting around hating himself.
Maru just wants her two best friends to have some happiness for once. Oh, and to somehow fix her dysfunctional family, earn the forgiveness of the girl of her dreams, and figure out how to come out in a town where half the people probably don’t even know what “gay” means. That’s not too much to hope for, is it?

As Armageddon draws near, Gabriel notices the receipts becoming stranger and stranger.
However, it isn't until the Apocalypse is over that Gabriel starts to really get worried over the causes Aziraphale uses his miracles for.
