Summary
Elia Ames was strawberry personified.
That's what everyone said, maybe because she ate too many strawberries or watched alot of strawbery shortcake growing up. She was a ray of pink and everything girly.
When Elia turned 19, she stopped eating strawberries.
After her beloved grandpa dies, she stops running as she's thrown back to his farm, finding any semblance of magic she once knew as a kid, awaiting the strawberry moon that rises as Fall begins.
Shane Callahan didn't care for strawberries, in fact he hated the stuff, it was too sweet, too colorful and too hopeful, but after going flat broke and nearly getting fired, he finds himself in the new "Ames in town"'s StrawberryMoon farm.

Summary
After walking away from her life in the city, Riley inherits her grandfather's farm in Stardew Valley with no plan except to survive. When money gets tight and her new friend Sam needs to move out of his mom's place, a roommate situation seems practical. Beneficial. Temporary.
When the town starts assuming they're together, fake dating becomes the path of least resistance. It's just pretend. Just until Sam figures out his music career and Riley figures out how to be a person again.
Except somewhere between the morning coffee routine and late-night songwriting sessions, the lines start to blur. And neither of them is very good at admitting when something stops being fake.
OR soon-to-be 100k-ish words of slow burn, mutual pining, everyone-can-see-it-but-them, and two people learning that finding yourself doesn't mean doing it alone.

Summary
“Auden, I’ve never felt like this for anyone who isn’t… a girl, before. I really like you, and I don’t want to fuck this up,” Sebastian said, almost sheepishly.
Or: weird gender shit, a very long slow burn romance in SDV, and the author processing their own relationship traumas through fanfic (because who doesn't?).

“I think I want to be a princess,” Jas said, pausing on a page full of big dresses and bright colors.
“You’re a princess every year,” Vincent said, forcing her to the next page. “Have some imagination.” He flipped again and paused. “There, you could be a butterfly.”
“Aren’t butterflies bugs?” Jas said, recoiling slightly.

OK you know those TikToks where there's like a naughty serving wench at the Ren Fest and you have to hold onto chains while she pours a drink in your mouth and talks dirty? That, but Elliott is doing it to Shane. That's it. That's the fic.
“Eyes on me, now. Yes. Perfect. Let me look at those gorgeous green eyes while you drink. Good boy. Oh, you needed this, didn’t you? Poor thing. So thirsty. So needy for me.”

Summary
Sebastian had been on the verge of moving to the city for years. A drunken night with Sam, reminds him of the feelings he’s suppressed towards his best friend, and causes Sebastian to anxiously leave.
Sam is left behind, facing his own feelings, while accepting that he might need help with his persisting struggles."Sam had always been a very physical person, unlike him. It used to annoy him when they were kids. But now, it brought up and entirely different set of feelings. Ones that he convinced himself were long gone. But all it took was for Sam to look at him in just the right way, or touch him, and they all came flooding back. Sebastian would never initiate any contact himself, but he allowed himself small moments like these, where Sam would rest his head on him or cuddle up to him. It was the closest he could get to actually having him."

Summary
The Erikson siblings returned to Stardew Valley with a straightforward plan: to patch up their late grandfather’s decrepit cottage, sell it to a city slicker chasing “rustic charm,” and never look back. Easy. Except the roof leaks, the foundation’s shot, the yard is a jungle, and three weeks later they’re still here—broke, stuck, and rain-soaked. Vivian Erikson finds herself caught between the shadow of her past, the ever-moving goal post of her mother’s approval, and something more beautiful on the horizon.
Pelican Town wasn’t supposed to be home. But between Friday nights at the saloon, festivals that refuse to be ignored, and neighbors with more drama than sense, the Eriksons find themselves tangled in rivalries, heartbreaks, and the kind of small-town chaos that has a way of getting under your skin. Somewhere in the mess, they begin to wonder if leaving is really the plan at all.
