I just wanted to put this out there basically because I don't know if my Matt dialogue is very good and wanted to get some feedback! I'm pretty proud of it anyway but how am I to know without the feedback of the dear readership of AO3?! I definitely have some ideas for Matt and Jay fics tumbling around in my brain and I would love to use my dialogue chops to do so but I still am a little hesitant to go anywhere...btw this is supposed to be webseries Matt and Jay, despite the extraordinarily anachronistic #MeToo reference :P they're time travelers!

“Fuck off,” She replies on autopilot.
“You have a visitor.”
This piques her interest a bit, but not enough to look up from her work. “Who is it?”
The security guard starts to speak, but they're cut off by an unmistakably pleasant voice.

Summary
The end of the world is coming.
No one knows when it will happen or how but it is. As if to herald the end, the Earth groans, weather patterns become unstable and people from all walks of life are called to various places across the globe to do something that will bring us all a step closer to the end.
One of these people is a normal office worker just trying to survive in the corporate world who is suddenly thrust into a world outside of his wildest dreams. Confronted with warlords, assassins, and terrorists, Brann must try to survive as he travels around the world while trying to protect a mysterious little girl who's being chased by a mysterious organization that seems to be trying to guide the world to its end.

Summary
Part of her was sure that No Heart, as knowledgeable and all-powerful as he was, knew that she was redirecting the blame. That he was simply looking for an excuse to be irate with one of them since his latest plan had been foiled by the bears. Since he never called her out on her lies, even when she was sure that he knew otherwise, she decided that he must be encouraging the behavior.
Aka, Shreeky is dragged kicking and screaming through her redemption arc.
