They all knew what was at stake here. It didn't need to be voiced aloud. If they messed up this time, there was no guarantee that they would get another try. It had taken them 5 years to get this far. Maybe the next time they would hear about Makarov would be that he died of old age. At peace after he left the world at war.
No one spoke of their MIA member either. Johnny's absence still hunted them all, even if it had been 5 years. 5 years, in which Johnny had probably been subjected to the worst kinds of torture. Criminals were far too creative when it came to handling omegas. Not that the 141 hadn't aggressively cracked down on any operations they so much as suspected Makarov was involved with.
They never found either him or Makarov.
At least they got one now. Revenge was near.
