The scowl deepened on Trinity’s face, “You like Garcia too?”
“No! God, no!” Dennis frowned and now they were both staring at each other with furrowed eyebrows, “I also like… a colleague of ours…”
“Oh shit. Who?” her roommate turned away from her with a bashful expression, “Fuck off, Huckleberry, who?!” it was Trinity’s turn to laugh in disbelief. She kicked his leg again for good measure.
“It’s… by…”
“Say that again? Couldn’t hear you from here, farmer boy,”
“Robby…”
“DOCTOR ROBBY?!”
or, Trinity and Dennis started a new routine of meeting up in the living room for a movie night after their shifts or just for normal days, which then turns into venting about both their older crushes in the workplace that they definitely should not have. But… “raw and older” as they say, right?

His eyes continued to wander over to Neil who was hunched over his textbooks, fiddling with his pen while he thought over a tough question. But those damn glasses kept Todd under a trance, making him think how Neil looked almost like a puppy with them on. Maybe his hair was soft too...
A loud "thump" echoed in the room, making multiple eyes turn to the sound. Todd's head was laying on the table, being the source of the sound. He had to get rid of those thoughts in some way.
(3 times Todd experiences gay panic over Neil wearing glasses + 1 time Neil has a gay panic over Todd wearing something of his own)

But how was he supposed to explain himself if Neil successfully understood the hidden context? Just let him melt to the floor to never exist again, please and thank you.
(or, Todd successfully got convinced to read one of his poems to his friends, but there was a hidden meaning in it that he was scared to death his roommate, Neil, would figure out)

The crowd was intense tonight. There was a push and pull that added to the thrumming feeling under his skin, only heightened by the small, stolen moments with Ilya. Every time Ilya would glance over, he’d find Shane’s eyes on him and his lips would tick up into a smile. Sometimes, when Ilya was at the other side of the stage, Shane would flick his eyes up to the screen next to them and look at the close up of Ilya’s curls sticking to his skin and the bead of sweat sliding down his neck.
