Summary
Shigaraki won, he got his destruction and chaos and hardly lifted a finger. Heroes failed to save the day and it plunged the world into war. Quirks were used as weapons and it wasn't long before the world came to a halt.
Heroes have lost their place, having been blamed for much of the damage. Villains have taken over their respective territories. Shigaraki rules Musutafu and captured one of the former heroes leading a resistance to fix their broken world, Midoriya Izuku.
Shigaraki is torn between letting Izuku live or killing him in a show of strength to the other villain bosses.
