Summary
Five years ago, Max Verstappen left the world of espionage behind. He traded classified missions and dangerous secrets for a quieter life, a civilian boyfriend, and the sort of domestic problems he had never been trained to handle.
His latest mistake? Roses.
But now, a security breach at his former agency is only the beginning. As secrets surface and a situation that should have remained contained begins to spiral, Max and George find themselves drawn into something neither of them could have anticipated.
Max has spent years making sure his past stays buried. He just never expected it to become George's problem, too.

“Are you fucking kidding me, Russell?” he says, looking at the deep blue eyes staring back at him fearfully from the sofa. “A wish-granting amulet? Are you serious?”
The man in front of him nods uncertainly. Max can only stare at him in disbelief.
“And what? Why would you give Albon a wish-granting amulet?” he asks as though that were actually the important part of the whole conversation. “What did you expect the man to say, huh? ‘I wish to win the championship’ or something? You don’t win championships just by wishing for them, Russell. Albon drives a fucking Williams.”
And as if hearing someone insult his best friend snaps him out of his timidity, the annoyed expression returns to his face. Max is surprised by how much he mimics that expression when Max himself makes it. “Well, I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but you’re in my body right now. So yeah, I’d say it’s pretty fucking possible.”

Or George accidentally makes a wish, fate grants it, and now he’s trapped in Max Verstappen’s body during the summer break. Everything that could possibly go wrong is going wrong.

The blond chokes on his own saliva. "What? No."
George chuckles under his breath as he plays with the blond's arm, which is still resting along the back of the sofa. "It's quite funny. It seems your friends can't keep my name out of their mouths, doesn't it bother you?"

“You know I had just suffered a concussion, right?”
“Yes, Max, I know,” George replies tiredly, as if the conversation isn’t getting them anywhere. “But when I saw the footage, you looked wrecked. And pretty disappointed.”
“Well, wrecked is a pretty good word to describe someone who just had an accident.” He tries to joke, but all he gets in return is a smack to the head. Max moves closer and tilts his neck until his face is against the other man’s neck, pressing a kiss there just to annoy him.

Or Zandvoort was horrible, but it was probably worse for Max; luckily George is here to make it worse for him.

Summary
George had fully expected to start his junior year by serving as the Vice President of the Student Council under his favourite senior. To his dismay, Lewis backs out at the last moment. Max Verstappen, the only other candidate, wins. Now, he’s stuck for the rest of the year with an insufferable menace who just wants to make his term a living hell.
Between dreadful council meetings and equally heated exchanges, George begins to realize that falling in love with the said president was not part of his manifesto.

Summary
A DNA test comes back with a single word: Excluded. After seven years of raising Kimi as his son, George Russell discovers that, biologically speaking, the kid isn't his. So he does the only reasonable thing a Mercedes driver can do: he packs a suitcase and drops Kimi off on his ex-boyfriend's doorstep with a text that reads, "Kimi. Please look after him until January 1st."
Max Verstappen is about to find out whose genes are behind that kid's driving—and whose parenting is behind everything else.

Even though he has a husband he can't kiss, a kid that's living somewhat of a lie, and a separate home tenured to a lease lasting another year he doesn't dare cancel, least this blows up.
So maybe, just maybe, he does want to live this lie they've both curated.
OR: put a finger down when your kid’s starting fights so you get back with your ex husband but it backfires on you instead
