Day 4: hidden injury - hidden scar
Obi-Wan closed his eyes as his own sonic shut off, feeling scraped down to the bone. He did not need a mirror to know what his back looked like. The pictures Healer Che had taken, all those years ago, were memory enough.
Two thick bands of scarring, raised and angry even after all these years, reaching from the mid of his shoulders to the small of his back, parallel tracks of pain across his spine. The scars branching from those sites of agony, smaller and still crawling across his back, from years and years of surgeries to remove decaying bone and loosened, useless muscle. Evidence of something he once had and will never have again.
A permanent reminder of what she took from him.

Those days would come, though, the ones that reminded him of his pain, and the loneliness he once knew so well.
