Summary
Someoka could only helplessly wonder how he got in this situation as he grumbled, “I'm not that sick.” Because, the last he'd checked, the younger Fubuki brother pretty much hated him.
This was evidenced by Atsuya's constant accusations of Someoka trying to steal his spot on the team, purposely encouraging Nae to pester him (Nae needed no encouragement – she was more than willing enough to follow Atsuya around on her own), and even, on one bizarre occasion, a claim that Someoka was trying to sabotage his playstyle by buying him the wrong granola bar.
“Your face is red, your movements are sluggish, you sniffled really loudly a minute ago, and you didn't have an appetite at lunch,” Atsuya prattled without pause. “Look, don't get the wrong idea. It's not like I'm concerned about you, but it would be bad for the rest of the team if you got everyone else sick.”
