They don't really get this close to each other since their head is almost never on the same level. Kisaki knows Hanma is gorgeous, he's objectively extremely attractive, but seeing the curve of his nose, the bags under his gorgeous orange eyes and the small shine on his lips from this angle really make his heart skip a beat. Even if he wanted to deny being gay, he gives up now as his eyes swallow him whole. He wants to trace his jawline, touch his neck, anything really, he just wants to get closer.
