Everything is happening so fast. Wei Wuxian can barely think straight. Lan Wangji kissed him. That has to mean something.
“I think we have to tell them, Lan Zhan.” He looks at Lan Wangji as he says it, but makes sure to project his voice. Lan Wangji is still frozen, his eyes searching Wei Wuxian’s face, but something flickers in Lan Wangji’s eyes when Wei Wuxian uses his birth name. Wei Wuxian can’t ask the question he wants to, so he gives Lan Wangji a reassuring smile instead, mouths a quick “sorry,” and looks back at Jiang Yanli.
Hell breaks loose.The one where Lan Wangji is caught on Baifeng Mountain - and realizing for the first time that Lan Wangji might want Wei Wuxian the way that Wei Wuxian wants him, Wei Wuxian finds himself unwilling to allow Lan Wangji to suffer the consequences of his actions.

Punching your roommate is not a very smart idea. Starting a friends with benefits relationship with said roommate is an even worse one. Setting up a string of rules to keep it purely physical and make sure you don’t catch feeling but catching them anyways is certainly the stupidest thing you could do in that situation.
Luckily for Neil, he never claimed to be smart.

He was wearing a tutu—must have been pink, because it looked a soft gray—and he had calf-high tube socks paired with it, no shoes. His right hand lightly held a cigarette, the ember bright in the black and white tones, and the man was staring straight at the camera with heavy-lidded eyes and his head slightly tilted back while he let the smoke seep out of his mouth. The smoke was thick and obscured most of his face, but Andrew could still see the scars on his cheeks, the contours of his lips, the cut of his jaw.
