Summary
"Hello, Lance, I am doing well." Keith’s sentences come out robotic and forced, his voice devoid of emotion. "If you are here to lecture me about Allura… I'm afraid I'm not interested." His face is still lifeless, he's somehow still conveying everything he wants to say, without even so much as smiling.
"Your eyes are starting to freak me out buddy, are you sure you didn't touch anything on that planet?" Keith looks at him, with something that should have resembled shock, his eyes going wide, even as they remain uncharacteristically devoid of emotion.
A small laugh slips past his lips as he looks down at the floor. "I assure you, I am fine... beyond fine."

In hindsight, the team really should have noticed something was off with Keith sooner. From fogged eyes to dead glares, something is clearly off with the red paladin. The real question is if they'll find a way to save him from 'himself'.- Language:

Lance let the Bayard fall from his hand. His body was covered in sweat from the amount of energy he just exerted. He wasn’t sure if he was about to pass out or throw up but he was sure one of those was coming next, if not both.
“Lance…Lance!” A gruff, yet calming voice called.
A warm presence kneeled beside him.
Keith.
Suddenly the Red Paladin’s hands were all over him, frantically searching for which wound to address first.
OR
Lance gets hurt while stopping an assassination, lucky for him Keith's got his back, unlucky for him, now the planet will only join the coalition under one condition: that the Blue and the Red "boyfriends" are the face of the treaty. Can the two rivals possibly put aside their differences for the sake of the coalition?

“Yeah...about that…see, it’s easier said than done. The ship lost all power. Even the backup systems are drained. And whatever it is that attacked set up some sort of modified particle barrier around the ship. Nothing can get in or out from the looks of it. So yeah, you’ll need to shut that off. The only way to do that is by navigating through a dead and damaged ship which includes jumping the gap to get to the other half, and manually shutting down whatever is keeping it up. All I know right now is that whatever it is, is giving off a reading I’ve never seen before.”
“What?!” Both Keith and Lance yelled at the same time.
“Until then...it looks like you’re stranded.”
