Summary
Watching Jon in the moonlight, he tries not to think of the amount of times he thought he’d seen Jon in the Lonely, only to realize that no, he wasn’t even conscious, when his luminous figure at the doorway to Martin’s office would vanish before Martin could call out to him.
Over and over it had happened, until Martin hadn’t even reacted when Jon really was standing there, at long last. Waif-like and weak and swaying on his feet, eyes shining unearthly green, he’d come for Martin, on what seemed like willpower alone, and maybe even divinity.
Martin had only realized it was real when the soft, worn-in sleeve of Jon’s cardigan had brushed his forearm.
And the touch had nearly made him vomit.
Martin isn’t good at letting himself be taken care of. Jon does anyway.

An interaction with Jon leads to them spending the night together and confessing their feelings for each other. Fluffy and smutty with just the right amount of impending doom lingering over their heads.

“I- that doesn’t matter,” Jon deflects, though they both know that’s exactly the case. “I’m just busy. Go bother Martin if you want attention that badly.”
“Martin doesn’t make it so easy though,” Tim teases. He rucks Jon’s shirt up just enough to get his hand under it, tracing his fingertips down the trail of hair on his stomach. “Take a break, for me?”

Jon clenches his hands into fists. It hadn’t even been his fault. How could he have signed up while he was in hospital in a bloody coma? He’s lost six months of his life, he’ll likely be dependent on mobility aids for the rest of it, he’s been evicted from his flat (though Georgie, wonderful, fearless Georgie, had saved as much of his stuff as she could), and the people providing the money for his scholarship are breathing down his neck about the money and the standard period of study. How could he have signed up for the live drawing class?
“Jon?”
He blinks. Georgie has leaned forward, her hands hovering in the air between them like she wants to touch but isn’t sure she’s allowed. It makes Jon feel fragile. It makes him feel relief.
“I’m fine,” he says and doesn’t mean it.In which Jon is struggling to pass his live drawing class and needs someone to pose for his drawings. Martin never thought someone would be interested in drawing him.

Martin pushes himself to his elbows with a quiet grunt and Jon stares up at him in slack-mouthed wonder. Martin is wild-eyed, wild-haired radiance. A tentative grin splits his flushed, handsome face, sweaty curls sticking to his temples. “Alright?” he asks, and Jon nods, awestruck and mute. Broad fingers dig into Jon’s hair, a thumb rubbing over his orbital bone. Jon realises he has folded his hands over his chest and is lying there, still and ecstatic, underneath his lover’s body like the statue of a catholic saint.
“What do you want?” Martin asks.
“I—I don’t know.” Jon’s voice is rough and halting. “I haven’t done any—anything like this since my first year of Uni, and I never felt—” Never felt safe? Seen? In love?
Jon exhales with a wince. “Sorry.”
“Okay, you’ve got to stop apologising,” Martin says, voice cracking, and smiles, and anoints Jon’s forehead with a tender, shaky kiss.
Or
Jon has a (mortifying) fit of libido. For once, he decides to not take care of it himself. Martin is happy (Excited? Extremely enthusiastic?) to help.

Summary
It was only a couple of seconds after Martin's front door closed behind them that they were turning to each other again - just like they had before, in the tunnels. Their arms slotted around each other easily, and they clung tight, seeking relief, seeking comfort. Putting everything they had into giving them back.
Finally, mirroring that moment of quiet right after leaving the Lonely, they leaned back; only to press themselves into each other even more strongly as they fell into a hard, still, just a little desperate kiss.
