    The Justice League finally captures the infamous Outlaws, Red Hood and Arsenal. (Technically Starfire is one of them, but they mostly pretend that's not true. She's one of their strongest allies; they aren't going to jeopardize that.)

    For some reason, neither Hood nor Arsenal seem very worried. In fact, they start arguing over whose dad will rescue them first.

    Clark grows increasingly worried over their cavalier behavior, especially as he learns more about who they are. When will Batman get back to deal with this Gotham-based criminal? (Who will tell Batman that this man is somehow impersonating his son?)

    Meanwhile, Jason and Roy are having the times of their lives bickering and scaring the Justice League.

    Wire wraps around his wrists, twists up his forearm just under his elbow. Thin, deadly. Pinning his arm to the table so tightly it’s cutting into his skin. Natural tan is inflamed red, swollen, oozing fresh blood. It doesn’t take much to figure out that’s the case with his other arm and [...]–

    The garrote in the beginning is what we call foreshadowing.
