Summary
My interpretation of how the Sequel Trilogy will go, following the events of "The Last Jedi." This series uses the canon established by my previous work, "Make Your Own Hope," in which Poe accompanies Finn to Canto Bight, not Rose. It is intended to be a serious compilation of works, but will contain Finn/Poe and possibly other relationships, framed organically and freely between them.
I'm very excited to be working on something so large-scale. I hope others will enjoy it.

Summary
Finn has followed Commander Dameron to the Resistance, and it's nothing like he expected. He's not thrown immediately into an interrogation chamber; General Leia Organa does not incinerate him with her glare; and he's supposed to call Commander Dameron 'Poe'.
And that is not the end of the surprises.
Poe is glad to be back with the Resistance, to shuck the costume of a First Order officer forever, to have brought out all of his TIE pilots and bright, brave, beautiful Finn with his brilliant mind, to have rescued Rey and found the map to Skywalker. He thinks he'll be settling easily back into his role as the leader of the Resistance's fighter pilots.
There are some surprises in store for him, too.

Shampoo, he thinks. Conditioner.
The kind of hair that’s nice to touch, he hears Sam say again, and reaches for one of the bottles.
It’s different than soap. Smells nice, like fruit and flowers. The shampoo lathers up soft as clouds, washes away easy. Conditioner’s worse; he can’t tell when it’s fucking rinsed out, his hair feels weird. But he grabs the plastic comb - yes, thank you, Wilson, he does know what a goddamn comb is, he’s not a barbarian - and it slides through without catching, like all the knots are just gone. There could be benefits, he’s willing to admit.
