It is natural for Youngjae to care, and somewhere down the line, Dohoon eventually found himself caring for Youngjae in small ways. Like giving him snacks that he bought simply because it reminded him of their trainee days, taking a trip down the memory lane and talk about how much they’ve changed through the years. Like letting Youngjae take a shower first after a long day, setting aside the system they made and pretending that he still had some stuff to do before washing up. Like asking him stories about home, how his parents were, what his younger sister was like, and even having him teach Dohoon how to do his dialect despite complaining about how Dohoon just liked hearing and teasing him for it.
It is for all those reasons that compelled Dohoon to care for him—aside from the fact that Youngjae rarely gets sick.

At first, Jungwon thought it was shame.

Summary
If only he was a little braver, he would’ve put himself up for slaughter if it meant keeping Sunoo satisfied. As Anxin stared at the ceiling of his new room, he often found himself questionably wide awake. Not a single cell of him wanted sleep, even after a long day.
He had tried counting sheep and stars, watching his favorite ASMR videos, and even pretending to be asleep, but to no avail. Beside him, Xinlong hyung would fall asleep like a rock in an instant. Anxin grew jealous of him for that. Instead, the darkness enveloped him like an old friend, and he wasn’t sure if he was comfortable with that.
So, without a second thought, Anxin got up and allowed himself to mindlessly walk around their dorm, only to find himself standing right outside of his Sangwon hyung’s bedroom.

The irony doesn’t sit well with Sangwon, and he almost laughs. He doesn’t know why he is so affected by this, but he doesn’t focus on that. Instead, his attention is on Anxin’s gravelly voice, the way the younger boy’s hands shake is he pulls the blanket tighter. He notices the heaviness of Anxin’s eyelids, and Sangwon can’t help but let out a sigh.
He knows he made a promise not to tell. He knows he made a promise that he wouldn’t let Anxin know that someone told him. He knows he made a promise to trust Anxin’s decision.
Deep down, Sangwon knows that it would be better if he lets things be. But he can’t. He simply couldn’t. No matter how hard he tries to shake the worry off, it bothers him to his core. So, he comes clean.
