Summary
It's late December, 1966. The year is coming to a nice close.
Lucy and Schroeder are spending their first Christmas in the city. They've gotten themselves well-adjusted, fitting into Chicago to the ultimate best of their ability.
However, just as they assumed their Christmas would be spend mundanely, an old friend knocks at their apartment door. Changing the holiday season for better, or, for worse.

Summary
Lucy van Pelt. An aspiring journalist, consistently finds herself be seemingly disillusioned by her college experience. Taking it to be quite dull.
Schroeder Felton. A prodigy at the piano, who everyone assumed was Juilliard-bound, now feels stuck in the Twin Cities. Lost, and quite melancholic.
They're older now. From visits with friends, travels to-and-from apartments, the Twin Cities, things they'll refuse to say, and along with the distaste for how both of their lives are turning out; they find solace within one another.
Or, a story about Lucy and Schroeder. Loosely inspired by The Postal Service’s 2003 album, “Give Up”.
