Of course it was. Atsumu would totally be able to guess his WiFi password (which was iloveginger for the record), and he was close enough to suck up the signal.
Sakusa changed the name of his Wi-Fi to “Atsumugetoffmywifi”.
But the universe—or rather, Atsumu Miya—never let him have peace for long.
The next evening, Sakusa was met with a new, equally absurd Wi-Fi network name when he opened his laptop.

In which Atsumu and Sakusa are next-door neighbors, and Atsumu hogs Sakusa's wifi signal (that he wasn't even invited to be on).

Atsumu lowered his voice to a whisper. “I ran into this guy we knew in high school n’ he was always kinda a creep. ‘N apparently ‘e’s still a creep ‘n kinda obsessed with me.”
Suddenly, Atsumu burst out laughing. Kiyoomi began to flare with rage, thinking that this whole thing had been some kind of joke and he was putting on his shoes for no reason. But then Atsumu said, “I know right?!” Then, quieter, as if he’d moved the phone away from his mouth, “My teammate. Yeah, just a sec.”
“Miya,” Kiyoomi said seriously, “Is this a situation where I should be calling the police?”
Even though he fake laughed through his “No, no, no!” as if they were still having a normal conversation, Kiyoomi knew that he was actually answering his question.
“Send me your location. I’ll be there soon.”
OR
Atsumu runs into a creep he knew in high school who's apparently still very interested in him and great at pretending not to notice when he's being rejected. So he called Kiyoomi to come get him out of that situation.
While nothing bad actually went down, from then on, Kiyoomi has become especially protective of his teammate.
