Summary
Now that Macaque's spirit and memories are healed, he and Wukong have agreed to try and make amends and try to rebuild their friendship. But that was never going to be an easy task. Luckily, their new friends are here to help. As long as both Wukong and Macaque are open to their help. And as long as they are able to learn how to listen to and help each other.
Aka - I'm putting Wukong and Macaque in therapy courtesy of Sandy. We're going to deal with their mutual traumas and hopefully give them a happy ending by the end of this.

"I get to use you to keep myself entertained however I want, and in return, I leave MK and his friends alone." Macaque said, his voice deceptively soft. No different than the tone one would use to soothe a scared animal.
Wukong had to keep himself from reacting harshly, as that’s what Macaque thrived off of. He kept his expression impassive, tone even and calm, even as he replied. "And if I say no?" Macaque hummed.
"Who knows?" Macaque's grin widened. "Maybe I'll go back to doing some good ol' scheming."

Summary
It's a typical start: MK breaks a cursed artifact and gets afflicted with a curse. What confused Wukong at first was MK's reaction. Usually, this curse revealed intimate desires; however, MK started calling him Mama and wanting to be taken care of? He didn't get a chance to be a coddled baby, so maybe he wanted to experience what he was missing out on?
... Why is he hard?
Or: MK has needs, and Wukong and Macaque are happy to spoil him.

Summary
*Written mostly before I watched the latest season, but I did some adjusting to make it fit.*
After everything that's happened with the pillars and his conflicting emotions about Monkey King, Macaque decides to take a small sabbatical to check on his theater and dojo. He's been away from it for a long while since living on Flower Fruit Mountain and he needs a bit of time to sort out these weird, conflicting, and quite frankly terrifying emotions he has going on towards a particular FFM resident.
He's... Still not sure where he stands with the great sage. So for now, he plans on doing what he does best. Avoiding his problems. He just doesn't expect that on week three of avoiding the issue he would end up adopting a random white furred monkey demon cub. One that looks haunting like it might actually be his with an extra set of ears and everything. But he thinks he would have remembered giving birth to a cub, so that's literally impossible.
But he doesn't mind letting everyone else think that.

Summary
“I could devour you right here,” Macaque whispered, his voice dark and husky. He pulled his hand away and moved it over to Wukong’s chest, fingers ghosting over the pec underneath his chest plate. “You have no idea how much I want to,” he confessed, the desperation raw in his tone. His fingers curled into Wukong’s chest plate, tugging on it gently as if he wanted to tear it off. “To ruin you, break you down until you’re mine in every way.”
Wukong swallowed thickly. His throat was dry as he tried to focus, but his mind was clouded, hazy from both the blood loss and the intensity of Macaque’s bloody gaze. Macaque’s instincts were screaming, and Wukong could feel it in every touch, every growl that rumbled from his chest. His hand trembled as he reached up, fingers brushing against Macaque’s wrist before cupping his hand closer to his cheek.
His breath hitched as his lips brushed against Macaque’s. He whispered, his voice hoarse and shaky, “Then… what are you waiting for?”

Wukong awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck, “Can’t we just say we’re friends again? At least for now?”
Macaque’s tongue angrily twisted in his mouth. He couldn’t hide the pained look on his face no matter how hard he tried. Now that their feelings for each other were out in the open, the idea of just being friends made him feel sick to his stomach. His bitter tone sharpens his next words, “Do friends kiss friends?”
Wukong’s tail continued to swish; he felt as if he’d just been backed into a corner. His eyes met with Macaque’s prying gaze, “Well, some fr—“ He’s cut off by the tips Macaque’s fingers being pressed against his lips. The sensation caused his breath to hitch, a reaction that is not lost to Macaque. He was struggling to find a more appropriate argument. “I’m just trying to be realistic.”
Macaque can’t stop himself from desperately moving closer to Wukong, “So am I.”
___Or: Wukong and Macaque desperately want to be together, but suffer tremendously cause they don’t know how to deal with their traumas in a healthy way.
