Izuku’s still in that strange dream imagining a life after quirklessness when, looking up at All Might’s smile for one last bit of reassurance, he finds the man’s face tinted a candy-like pink, dulled out behind a large rectangle bobbing up and down in the air, pixelated at the edges.

Izuku does have a quirk, an odd one weirdly reminiscent of the visual novel games he can always see some girls playing during class, he always has—he just needed to undergo ten months of brutal training with All Might to unlock it. And now that he's got it, the system doesn't seem too eager to let him go.

All for One’s hand shot forward, five fingers now clasped in an iron grip on the boy's head. His book had said something about hero analysis, hadn’t it? If that was some byproduct of this child’s quirk then maybe he really had lucked out today.
Sure he wasn’t looking forward to the mumbling, but it was nothing that couldn’t be altered away and fixed. The man grinned again, the possibilities swimming in his mind, his body already subconsciously drawing forward a few quirks to merge and mess around with as the boy’s quirk-

Through a series of events involving one man’s delicate pride, limited edition red sneakers, and bloodthirsty koi fish, All for One ends up stealing Izuku’s quirk. Except he doesn’t, because said quirk doesn’t exist. The logical assumption for him to make here would be that Izuku is quirkless. But an even more logical assumption, given that only 20% of the population is quirkless and 99.9% of them are in their 80s, would be that this child is the one in a billion who’s quirk can’t be stolen and he should be very, very afraid.
Naturally, this changes things.

Me being his guardian is better than him hiring a man named Ben to pretend to be his uncle and die on the street from a bullet wound!'. And if that didn't work... I memorized the lyrics and choreography to 'Hard Knock Life' from the 1976 musical Annie. I think you can guess what my goal for that was,"

Shouta stilled, then stiffly turned towards the curtain that cut him off from the second half of the nurse's office, right beside Midoriya's cot. Someone was there this whole time?
“Who?”
The curtain was yanked aside. “Him."
It was that purple-haired gen-ed kid with the mouthy mental quirk, who’d pissed off half his class and then lost to Midoriya. Hiro? Shiro? Shintô? That feels familiar, that definitely aligned somewhere in his mind. The EKG machine sounded especially loud in the following silence.
“Yeah, he’s about to get his medal.”
Not when Aizawa started training Shinsou, not quite before, but somewhere in between.

Summary
Shota didn’t have the best relationship with his parents. And by that he means they didn’t have one at all.
If he had to choose one way to describe it, he’d say their family dynamic was like an unspoken contract between business partners. They lived their separate lives and only contacted each other when it came to technical matters. It was simple, it was logical, and he was fine with it. And when he moved out at 18 with nothing but three words as a final goodbye, he was still fine with it.
It’s only after thirteen years had passed, when his parents show up at UA’s gates claiming to have no motives other than finally getting to know their only child, does he realize he was not, in fact, fine with it.

Confronted about what his plans are for after high school, Peter is forced to make some serious decisions for his future. And what’s a better way to do that than apply for an internship program? Well, there were probably better ways, but of course, no one bothered to tell him that. All Peter can do is sit back and watch as his life is thrown into utter chaos; Two billionaires competing over a grudge, family secrets being exposed, dramatic avengers, and of course, villains just waiting patiently in the shadows. Not to mention an unexpected father figure.
At the end of the day, all peter wanted was a job.

Shota stared unblinkingly at the wall in front of him, trying to force himself to close his eyes- or maybe carve them out with one of Toga’s knives- but failing at every attempt. It was like a car crash, horrifying to witness but unable to look away from. Because how could he look away? How could he go on with his everyday life knowing this existed? A few times he opened his mouth to try and ask Tsukauchi these questions himself, but everytime he came close he clammed and wondered if he actually wanted an answer.
At last, the underground hero decided that ‘ignorance is bliss’ simply wasn’t an option. No matter how much we wanted it to be.

"Not emotionally available at the moment as he is currently battling his romantic feelings for Kayama-san." Shota shot back down.

"As you can see, me appointing you as principal is the only logical decision available,"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Or: Nezu goes on a week long business trip and makes Aizawa the temporary principal while he's gone, giving him all the powers the principal of UA would normally have. Aizawa, prepared to use this power to it's full capacity, silently vows to make as many changes to UA as he can in a single week. He appoints Midoriya as his secretary for the time being and together they wreak havoc among the school, showing no mercy to any obstacle in their path (And maybe becoming father and son along the way). The rest of the staff and students are left to sit back and watch as everything they know goes up in flames.
