Neither of them had experience on dates like this, but Reimond thought it was nice. John was anxious, but it clearly wasn’t due to disliking Reimond or anything of the sort.

They pulled Jesus close and pulled him into a kiss. Blood rushed to Jesus’ face and he kissed them back like his life depended on it. Christ held his head as they kissed each other, the touch gentle yet uncaring despite the fact that gentleness usually was caring.
Gentleness was usually caring. Gentleness was usually careful and caring, making sure you wouldn’t hurt the person receiving the gentle touch. But it never felt like that with Christ. It felt uncaring — empty, and only gentle to create a false illusion that the pure disinterest they had in truly loving him was just soft love.

Xenon smiled, noticing the nervousness of the flustered man sitting across from him. He scooped a last bite of ice cream musing at his question and not so subtly checking John out.
“At least we're not on a date in… Freddy's Fazbear Pizza, because…” he went on a tangent before clearing his throat and smirking at him “and even then, it's a kid's restaurant, it would be impolite to make out in the bathroom there.”
